Chiropractic is a first contact health profession that deals with the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of the mechanical alterations of the vertebral column in particular, and the neuromusculoskeletal system in general. The chiropractor diagnoses and corrects any possible joint dysfunctions in the vertebral column, which are called vertebral subluxations, joint fixations, or restrictions that have a potential neurological impact, as demonstrated by studies on joint neurophysiology, and therefore can cause imbalance and affect the homeostasis of the body.<\/p>\n

By correcting these joint dysfunctions, the goal is to boost the physiological capacity of the organism.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Chiropractors help restore the balance and harmony of the body by contributing to the process of self-healing. Chiropractic understands that, as human beings, we are born to live joyfully and to enjoy a high quality of life. We are NOT meant to be ill. Our goal is to work together with the patients who come to our practice and teach them how to lead a healthy lifestyle. The concept of health has been distorted with the passing of the years and it is currently understood as the absence of symptoms or pain. However, when we speak about health we refer to a state of balance in all aspects of life: physical, mental, emotional, social, and family wellbeing… We do not ONLY refer to the absence of pain or illness.
